StratEx Partners was founded by Luis Guillermo Cepeda Zamora, shaped by more than 25 years spent leading transformation from the inside—across boardrooms, factories, and global supply chains in North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and MEA.

Luis brings over 25 years of experience from multinational organizations including Mabe, GE Appliances, Ocean Fruits, and Electrolux. He has led global sourcing and transformation efforts, managed product portfolios exceeding USD 3B in net sales, delivered double-digit margins, and generated over USD 1.5B in savings while strengthening long-term operational resilience.

Based in Hong Kong, Luis brings a rare dual perspective: Western strategic rigor paired with deep, hands-on experience executing in Asia. He works closely with CEOs, boards, and investors to help Western companies move faster and compete smarter, while supporting Asian and Chinese companies as they scale globally and build resilient, future-proof operating models.
